We highly encourage Customers to opt for the delivery and set-up options if the item requires assembly. In this way, the item will be tested to ensure it is working properly at the time of delivery. 

Customers will be responsible for assembly if items are ordered for delivery only (although you can request us to send someone to assemble it after the fact for the additional charge. All items ordered for delivery only will be delivered according to the terms of the Shipping Company, which generally means that the item (if over 25 pounds) will be delivered to the customer's driveway. If the item is delivered by truck, the Truck Driver may or may not assist you further. 

SPECIAL DELIVERY ISSUES 
If you require the product to be delivered before or after a specific date, you will need to specify that at the time of order by calling us immediately after the order is placed. If you have any questions, issues, concerns or comments, please consider placing your order by phone. Delivery requirements must be expressed at the time of order. Delivery requirements cannot be changed once an order has been placed. 

You may be required to pay for storage if the delivery company is unable to reach you to arrange for the delivery. Failure to return calls from the freight company and/or us will result in expensive delays, which we will not be responsible for, but you as the customer will be. Please advise any family members or other people living in your household to forward any messages from the freight company to you. 

If a shipment is refused or a cancellation is made after the product ships, the customer will incur a 25% restocking fee and will also be responsible for shipping costs in both directions. This applies to actual shipping costs. If you refuse a shipment due to "damage" and subsequently cancel the order, you will be charged a 25% restocking fee if we are not given the opportunity to replace or repair the damaged product. If a product is received and you believe that it is damaged, please contact us so that we may problem solve with you; i.e., to make arrangements to either replace the item or have it repaired onsite, at our discretion.
