All sales made over the internet are final, except that in some cases, senior management may decide to provide a "store credit". It is the customer's responsibility to make sure that they truly want to purchase this product(s) prior to ordering it/them. If a product is damaged during shipping and/or is malfunctioning, then please contact us and we will either send a replacement or arrange for servicing, at our discretion.
PRODUCT PACKAGING UPON RETURN
If returning an item, there will be a 25% restocking fee and the Customer will be responsible for paying for shipping costs in both directions. The item(s) must be sent back in the original packaging with a Return Authorization (RA) Number issued by us. All returned items that do not have a valid RA number will be refused and returned to the sender.
Please call us to receive an RA Number. We do not accept returns that do not
have the RA number clearly documented on the box.
If the item is returned without all original packaging materials, you
will be charged the cost for repackaging with new packaging materials, in addition to the above fees.
