Periodically, items purchased will be placed on back order and shipping may be delayed. If this occurs, then we will contact the customer regarding the status with an estimated ship date. At this time, the customer will be given two options:
1. Cancel the order and no fee will be charged, or
2. Keep the order open and it will be delivered at the earliest possible date. We will forward to you a Sales Confirmation to acknowledge the back order status and the customer's agreement to pay for the item. Any cancellation after the revised delivery date is accepted will incur a 20% administrative fee. If the product has already shipped, then the customer will be responsible for freight costs both ways.
