This Hip Hop Class
is a very fun contemporary dance class, teaching today’s pop culture style of dance. Children will learn to move to their favorite songs and will learn routines to music created by their favorite artists. In this class children will learn today’s hottest moves while having FUN and getting a great workout. This non-stop class teaches short routines to help children learn to pick-up and remember choreography and start them on their path to performance capabilities. This class is a great way for children to enhance their rhythm and coordination. They will end the session with an exciting Mini-Performance demonstrating their funky new moves. Min/Max: 6/12

Art Masters and Mixed Media Art
Multiple Classes: Kindergarten/Journeys and 1st-3rd
Give your children the Gift of enhanced self-esteem and self-confidence by unleashing their creativity and enhancing their fine motor skills.
Students will have a Lot of FUN as they are exposed to a variety of Art Masters, their various artistic techniques, mediums, and famous artworks. Students will focus on drawing, painting, pastels, mixed-media collage, sculpture and more. This is an excellent class for beginners to Intermediates, as students will become immersed in the world of fine art, build a wide range of skills, and learn a variety of ways to express themselves creatively.

LEARN AND PRACTICE SPANISH THROUGH SPORTS
This is a great Class where the Students will learn Spanish (with up to a 90% Immersion Model) while also learning a variety of Sports Skills. Each week, they will be introduced to Vocabulary and Phrases in Spanish, based on the Sport that they will also be learning. They will have a LOT OF FUN as they learn/enhance/reinforce their Spanish speaking and understanding skills while simultaneously learning the fundamentals of Basketball, Soccer, T-Ball and possibly other Sports that they express an interest in. Each Sport will be taught/played for 2-3 weeks before moving on to the next one. Mini-Games will be played, but the focus will be on Skill Development, both for Spanish and Sports.

Basketball and Flag Football
(1st-3rd and 4th-5th)
Students will have a LOT OF FUN as they enhance their fitness and athletic skills including speed and agility in this SUPER FUN after school program that is going to include Basketball and Flag Football, with related games like Pac Man Basketball, Color Wars and Capture the Flag. This unique class focuses on building strong sports skills and teamwork. Basketball Skills
that will be taught/enhanced will include Dribbling, Passing, Shooting, Footwork and Teamwork. Flag Football Skills
to be taught/enhanced include passing, receiving, blocking, running, hiking and punting, with a focus on developing strategies, plays, teamwork, rules and scoring. Mini-Games will be played during each Class following Skill Development and Fun Drills. They will learn to warm-up and stretch at the beginning of each class. Benefits include enhancing eye-hand coordination, movement and teamwork skills while becoming increasingly fit.

MUSICAL THEATER: LET'S PUT ON A PLAY
(Multiple Classes: Kindergarten/Journeys & 1st-3rd Grade)
Students will have Tons of FUN as they Sing their favorite Musical Theater tunes and learn Dance Choreography for their chosen show that the Students will create with our Instructor. Parents will be invited to attend a Mini-Performance on the last class.

ROBOTICS & THINGS
(Multiple Classes: Kindergarten/Journeys and 1st-3rd)
Both Boys and Girls will have TONS of FUN as they participate in this
challenging ROBOTICS Hands-on STEM After-School ENRICHMENT during each of the Weekly Classes. The STEM (Science, Technology, Engineering & Math) Curriculum combines the use of Robotic Materials including High-Speed & Low-Speed Motors, (Battery-operated) Controllers, Cables & Parts to allow the Boys & Girls in attendance a unique opportunity to design & build NEW
Robots, Robotic Vehicles & Battle Bots with exciting NEW
Tasks, Challenges & Time-Trials. The numerous Robotic Builds will be based on applications of Math & Science with NEW
Individual, Team & Group situations specifically designed to use California & National Science Standards. Those in attendance can expect to participate on NEW
Obstacle Courses, Targets, Mars Terrain Sectionals (similar to JPL‛s Red Room) and other unique NEW
Platforms. Math, Engineering and Science are the real name of the game and we are committed to giving your Child a great educational experience. Min/Max: 10/20 per Class

RESPONSES TO FAQs
1. WHERE WILL THE 5 STAR ENRICHMENT CLASSES BE TAUGHT?
All of our Enrichment Classes will be taught on the Sumac Elementary School Campus. K/J Students will be picked up after School at their Classrooms. 1st-5th Grade Students meet at the Lunch Benches after School.
2. WHAT IS THE PROCECURE FOR SIGN-IN AND SIGN-OUT
Students will be "checked in" when they arrive; and we will do our best to find them if they don't.
PLEASE sign him/her out on our Sign-in/Sign-out Roster before leaving School (this is required, so please don't leave the campus with your Child before signing him/her out on our Sign-in/Sign-out Roster).
K/TK Parents/Guardians: Please pick up your Child at the Classroom after our Enrichment Classes are over. We will walk Students to the YMCA or Kids Club if they are enrolled in those programs.
If you need special arrangements during Pick-up, please Email CoachStu@att.net or call him at (818) 597-1550 at least 48 hours prior to your Child's Class.
3. WHY SHOULD YOUR CHILD PARTCIPATE IN OUR SPORTS AND OTHER ENRICHMENT CLASSES
We offer a wide range of Sports Class through our After-School Enrichment Programs that will help your child to learn/enhance their FUNdamental Sports Skills with some limited competition that will help them to get prepared to participate in competitive Sports Leagues. We can offer Basketball, Flag Football, Soccer, T-Ball, Tennis as well as FUN Fitness & Skill Development Classes that should help Students to develop their Speed, Agility, Stamina and Sports Skills. We also offer Cheerleading Classes that are FUN and should also help prepare the Students for the Cheerleading Teams. We look forward to working with your Children to develop these skills in K/TK through 5th Grade so that they can enhance their Skills and Self-Confidence with respect to Sports and so that they can be as competitive as possible when participating in Sports Leagues.
Our other Enrichment Classes also help Parents to achieve a few Goals for their Children such as:
a. Students who participate in a wide range of Enrichment Programs including Sports, Fitness, Performing Arts, Visual Arts, Semi-Academic such as our STEM Programs (including Fun with Math, Young Engineers, Building Fun with Lego & other building materials and Robototics classes) and other Programs during their Elementary and Middle School Years have the opportunity to learn what they enjoy, develop a range of skills and they may find the activities that they are passionate about.
b. Our Classes help to provide a well-rounded education for your Child.
c. Our Classes are designed to be Skill Development oriented and FUN
d. Because all of our Classes are taught on the School's Campus, it is a great convenience for Parents since they are offered after the school day is over.
