STRETCH-N-GROW P.E: FITNESS, MOVEMENT/SKILL DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM (TODDLER, PRESCHOOL AND K-(Ages 2-6 years)
Kids will have TONS OF FUN learning to warm-up and stretch, moving to music, learning movement and coordination skills (e.g., jumping, galloping, hopping, skipping, catching and throwing balls, kicking balls, etc.), using a lot of props (e.g., tunnels, balance beams, cones, various balls, etc.) and playing games. Newsletters, a Health Education Curriculum that teaches nutrition, safety and hygiene with handouts is also available. Classes are age appropriate and based on the skill level of each group.
